Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Dr. Nelson Wollek has been part of the world of dentistry for well over three decades, and he still works diligently to keep his skills sharp. Ever since he was in college, he knew he wanted to help people while also working with his hands. With the perfect combination of science, social skills, and creative hands-on work, becoming a dentist was a no-brainer for him! Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Wollek first attended Binghamton University for his undergraduate studies. He later studied at Columbia University School of Dentistry for his Doctor of Dental Science (DDS) degree. Since graduating, he spent more than three decades owning and thriving in his dental practice, treating three generations of families!
Other than seeking continuing education to remain on top of the latest advancements in dentistry, Dr. Wollek is also a member of several professional organizations, including the:

Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
If you don’t find Dr. Wollek at the office treating patients’ pearly whites, he’s typically spending time with his wife, who is extremely supportive, insightful, and inspiring to him. Together, they have four grown children who are making their unique mark in the world, and they’re very proud of them. In his spare time, he enjoys hobbies like biking, gardening, hiking, arts and crafts, household projects, and hanging out with his dogs.
