Raised in Fords, NJ, Dr. Andrews finds it extremely fulfilling to help patients restore their confidence and self-esteem by improving their pearly whites and alleviating discomfort in their smiles. One of the best parts of her job is making them feel comfortable and safe, reducing anxiety and fear when it comes to taking care of their teeth. With her skills and passion, you can be sure to receive the custom dental care you deserve.
As far as she can remember, Dr. Andrews has always had a deep interest in dentistry and becoming a dentist. In the beginning, she was typically fearful of visiting the dentist during childhood, until she met an amazing pediatric dentist. One of his fun tricks was to attach a mirror to his overhead light that would allow her to watch everything he was doing to her teeth. Since then, she has been fascinated with dental care, and she hasn’t looked back since.
To begin her adventure, Dr. Andrews first attended Rutgers University–New Brunswick before studying at New York University College of Dentistry for her dental doctorate. During her education, she took a particular interest in implant dentistry, deciding to take a yearlong MaxiCourse at Rutgers Dental School and traveling to Colombia with the New York Implant Institute for live implant training.
Other than dental implants, she has extensive training in BOTOX and dermal fillers for facial esthetics. She’s also a proud and active member of professional organizations like the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and regularly pursues continuing education to remain on top of the latest advances in the field.
Dr. Andrews is a first-generation Egyptian-American and is very family-oriented, as she and her siblings typically try their best to visit their parents weekly for family dinners. She also loves spending time with her fiancé and creating new memories together. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, working on puzzles, and traveling. In fact, she’s already visited 22 countries and hopes to still add more to her list with each passing year!
